Salon Etiquette
To help make your visit to our Salon a relaxing experience ...
Arrival:
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to enable
you to complete a consultation sheet (if you have not already completed one). This also enables you to relax
and enjoy a complimentary beverage.
Planning ahead and arriving on time means that you will experience the full pleasure of your treatment with us.
Late arrival may also affect the length of your treatment as a
courtesy to all of our clients treatments will be completed as
scheduled.
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your
appointment, So we kindly ask that you give us adequate notice
otherwise charges will be incurred.

Valuables:
Also, please leave valuables at home, as we cannot take
responsibility for valuables left in our rooms.
Child Care:
It is recommended that child care be pre-arranged away from the
salon.
Mobile Phones:
So that you can experience the full benefits of our treatments and
in consideration of our other clients please ensure that your
Mobile Phone is turned OFF prior to commencing treatment.
Booking/Cancellation Policy:
Regular Appointments:
We require a minimum of 24 hrs notice of cancellation.
Less than 24 hrs notice will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of
the cost of the service.
Less than 3 hrs or a "No Show" attracts 100% of the session cost.
Package and Group Bookings:
(2 hrs or more)
To secure bookings a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at
the time of booking.
We require a minimum of 48 hrs notice of cancellation.
Less than 48 hrs notice will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of
the cost of the service.
Less than 24 hrs or a "No Show" attracts 100% of the treatment cost.
